To lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks it is common knowledge that you will need to decrease your daily calorie consumption. Sweating is also another thing that you should change. You must increase the frequency you sweat everyday since sweating is a sign of burning calories. If you have home gym equipment such as a treadmill, doing 20minutes or so (dependent upon your fitness level) you can certainly work up a sweat, burn fat and lose weight.
